Style: Wardrobe Update - Winter 2020

As the weather's cooling down, I wanted to get winter-ready for my wardrobe. Most items were things I had on my eye on but I was waiting for a better time to purchase, whether I was waiting out for a promotion to actually having the money to purchase new clothes.  1. Black work pants I got rid of my only pair of black work pants in January with a wardrobe clear out. They were half-elasticised and didn't fit properly. I found this pair of Glassons to replace. It's the cropped capri pant. Reasonable price, and 20% off with the introductory promotion when you sign up for their newsletter. Recommended to size down as the fabric contains elastane and will stretch. I've had to go in-store to exchange. 2. Black skinny jeans Flare is back, but black skinnies are still a wardrobe staple in my eyes. I held off purchasing them up until now because I didn't foresee any use during the summer. My Style: Fragrance Wardrobe

I have briefly discussed my love for fragrances  here  but for today, I'll share my collection so far. I think my perfume collection is quite modest but I do have more than the average girl. I have a mixture of niche and designer fragrances and one celebrity fragrance. The appeal of niche perfumery is mostly exclusivity - you're not going to smell like the next girl (well, there's less chance you will). If you are deep into the art of perfume, you'd appreciate the unique compositions and the quality that it offers but niche can be a hit-or-miss. They generally are more expensive but you get what you pay for. The fragrances I own are lean towards autumnal.
